Siop Gwynedd terms and conditions

1. You must book an appointment before visiting Siop Gwynedd Caernarfon, Pwllheli and Dolgellau.
2. You must wear a face covering during your appointment (unless you are exempt because of a medical reason).
3. Where it is not possible to book a slot online, you should arrange and appointment by filling in our General Enquiries form or call Galw Gwynedd on 01766 771000.
4. Only 2 people at a time can be present in the room during an appointment.
5. To ensure your own safety and the safety of staff, bring your own biro to fill / sign documents.
6. Do not arrive at your appointment earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment starts.
7. The duration of appointments are up to 15 minutes. If we have not resolved your query within this time frame, we will book another appointment when it is convenient for you to return.
8. To help us resolve your query during your appointment, bring all relevant documents / information with you.
9. To help us resolve your query during your appointment, we will use the Council’s systems for research purposes before your appointment, based on the information you have shared when booking your appointment.
10. A Gwynedd Council Officer may contact you for more information before your appointment or to resolve your query over the phone.
11.  Do not attend your appointment if you display any Covid-19 symptoms during the 10 days before your appointment, or have been in close contact with someone who has displayed Covid-19 symptoms 14 days before your appointment.
12. If you can’t attend your appointment for some reason, contact us as soon as possible so that we can offer your appointment to someone else, by e-mailing fynghyfrif@gwynedd.llyw.cymru or calling 01766 771000.
