Support for businesses

Gwaith Gwynedd offers 1:1 support for individuals by a mentor, to expand on their professional development by finding work, reinforcing career development and access to training.

Gwaith Gwynedd provides a variety of services to employers across Gwynedd to meet the current needs of the changing labour market.

Services we can provide to your business include:

• Invitation to job fairs and careers events to promote your vacancies and network with other businesses
• Co-arrange a recruitment day for your site, skills workshops and/or recruitment sessions
• Assisting with filling in skills and training gaps
• Promote your job vacancies for free with our experienced mentors and on our vacancy noticeboard
  
• Provide support to becoming a Disability Confident Employer
