Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations:
- Some links are not clearly identifiable. This fails WCAG 2.2 A success criterion 1.4.1 (Use of Colour). We aim to resolve this issue by March 2025.
- Incorrect use of ARIA. This fails WCAG 2.2 A success criterion 4.1.2. Name, Role, Value. We aim to resolve this issue by March 2025.
- Incorrect tab-list implementation. This fails the WCAG 2.2 A success criterion 1.3.1 Info and Relationships, 4.1.2 Name Role and Value, and 2.4.3 Focus Order. We aim to resolve this issue by March 2025.
- Custom elements are present, which have not been marked up to be accessible to all users. This fails the WCAG 2.2 A success criterion 1.3.1 Info and Relationships, and 3.1.2 Name, Role and Value. We aim to resolve this issue by March 2025.
- There is no visible focus indicator present to display keyboard focus. This fails the WCAG 2.2 AA success criterion 2.4.7 Focus Visible. We aim to resolve this issue by March 2025.
- Some video content is present without the inclusion of captions, audio descriptions or and/ media alternatives. This fails the WCAG 2.2 A success criterion 1.2.2 Captions, 1.2.3 Audio Description or Media Alternative, and the WCAG 2.2 AA success criterion 1.2.5 Audio description or Media Alternative. We aim to resolve this issue by March 2025.
- PDF documents
(i) Some PDFs do not have a Page Title. This fails the WCAG 2.2 A success criteria 2.4.2 Page titled.
(ii) There are also other problems with PDFs which mean they are not accessible to screen reading software. We aim to resolve this issue by April 2026. In the meantime, to request the documents in an alternative format please contact us.
