Terms and conditions - Gwynedd Parking Ticket

  1. Gwynedd Parking Ticket holders may park for free in the Gwynedd Council long stay car parks listed below. Please note that not ALL Gwynedd Council long stay car parks are part of the scheme.
  2. Gwynedd Parking Ticket holders who are 60+ may also park for free for up to 2 hours in the short stay car parks listed below.  A disc clock is provided for 60+ users when parked in short stay car parks. Please follow the instructions on the disc and display it near your ticket.
  3. You must be 60+ on the day you purchase the ticket to be eligible to park at the short stay car parks. It not possible to change your details during the period that the ticket is valid.
  4. The ticket start date and end date will be printed on the front of the ticket. Your ticket will only be valid between these dates.
  5. A parking space is not guaranteed. You must park within the confinement of the marked bays.
  6. The ticket must be displayed on the windscreen so that it can be read from the outside. Failure to display is an offence under the Council’s Off-Street Parking Order, and you may be liable for a Penalty Charge Notice. Terms and Conditions / Regulations on the car parks tariff boards apply.
  7. You can only purchase a ticket for a motorised vehicle. It is not possible to buy a ticket to park a trailer / caravan at the car parks.
  8. You must not photocopy or alter your annual ticket or allow anyone else to do so.
  1. If you lose your Annual Parking Ticket there will be a charge of £20 to reprint and re-send your Ticket.
  2. You will be sent a reminder e-mail/letter when it’s time to renew your parking ticket. You can renew your ticket up to 28 days in advance.
  3. In line with the Distance Selling Regulations, you have seven working days from receipt of these Terms and Conditions to cancel your order. You must return your parking ticket before a refund will be offered.  After seven working days, no refunds will be given.
