278 High Street, Bangor had been vacant for an extended period and this caused significant structural issues, including the collapse of ceilings and floors. With the support of the Transforming Towns Town Centre Property Improvement Grant, Shahin Ali, a local businessman, has been able to restore and revitalise this once-neglected building.
The grant enabled essential work, including the restoration of the shop front and extensive repairs to prevent secure the building for years to come. Thanks to these improvements, the building has been transformed into an attractive and functional space.
