Town Centre Property Improvement Grants
The case studies below feature recipients of the Town Centre Property Improvement Grants, these funds were supported by the Welsh Government Transforming Towns Programme and the Shared Prosperity Fund: Gwynedd and Cyngor Gwynedd. The fund was established to support businesses in town centres and cities to develop and upgrade their properties with grant support between £25,000 and £250,000.
