Opportunity to chair the Gwynedd Language Forum

Are you looking for an opportunity to volunteer in your community? Are you passionate about the prosperity of the Welsh language? This could be the ideal opportunity for you!

The Gwynedd Language Forum is looking for an independent chair. Responsibilities of the role include chairing the forum meetings and keeping in touch with the forum coordinators between meetings.

The chair must be a Welsh speaker, must live in Gwynedd and must also be enthusiastic about the Welsh language.

The Welsh Language Forum was established earlier this year to:

• improve cooperation,
• bring key partners together,
• discuss and plan how to promote and increase use of the Welsh language in Gwynedd.
