Deposit Plan Comments

This Representations Register provides a redacted copy of the duly made representations that were submitted to the Councils during the public consultation period about the Deposit Plan, which took place between 14 February 2015 and 31 March 2015.

Due to the number of representations that were submitted (nearly 1,700) the Register has been split into a number of volumes. These are arranged in the same order as the Chapters included in the Written Statement.

Please note that every effort has been made to redact personal information such as addresses, signatures and other personal contact details.

This document provides a factual record of the representations received on the Deposit Plan. The Councils have considered the representations and the responses to them are included in Appendix 16 of the Consultation Report (CDLL.020).

Hard copies of the Representations Register are also available to view in the Examination Library (by appointment only) and at the Joint Planning Policy Unit’s office. Please note that due to the size of the Register hard copies of individual representations can only be made available on
